This is How it Works:
- $167.50 gets put in “spend anywhere” on Greenlight card every week on Friday. Walker takes him shopping for groceries and household items. Whatever is left over is free to spend.
- $15 gets put in “spend anywhere” on Greenlight card every day for random spending.
- $10 gets put in “savings” on Greenlight card every week. This is not available for him to spend and needs to be transferred to “spend anwhere” via app upon request.
- When Neal wants to go somewhere and purchase something he is prompted to check his Greenlight “spend anywhere” balance to see if he can afford it before he goes there. If he does not have the money, he does not get the item/activity.
- If Neal wants to use his savings for a large purchase from savings a request is sent to Elaine via text from Neal and Erik will transfer the approved amount into “spend anywhere”. See Below
This is What Staff are Expected to do:
- Every time you spend money on his greenlight card take a pic of the receipt and log it into the EasyExpense app on his phone. INSTRUCTIONS HERE
- When Neal wants to go somewhere and purchase something he is prompted to check his Greenlight “spend anywhere” balance to see if he can afford it before he goes there. If he does not have the money, he does not get the item/activity.
